2022 Primary Voter Guide
The Primary Election is on May 17, 2022. We offer our Voter Guide organized according to PA House District. According to newly drawn district maps, most of Manheim Township is now within the 96th PA House District, while the easternmost areas of Manheim Township are in the 97th PA House District.

MT Dems, the Primary Election is on May 17, 2022 and we offer our Primary Newsletter to help you get ready. A lot hangs in the balance in the 2022 election: the future of reproductive rights in this country, fair and equal voting rights, as well as justice for those who planned and participated in the January 6 Insurrection.
Petition Signing Parties
Every year candidates need voters in their district to sign petitions to get them on the ballot for the primary election (May 17, 2022). The first petition signing party is on Saturday, March 5 from 10 to Noon. The second petition signing party is on Saturday, March 12 from 10 to Noon. Both parties are at St Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church (700 Pleasure Rd Lancaster, PA 1701). Drop in at any time.
New Fundraising Chair Brings Ambitious Goals
MT Dems, our new fundraising chair and former candidate for Commissioner, Stella Sexton, has set ambitious goals for 2022 and 2023 and she needs your help to reach those goals. Stella and the MT Dems are looking for 50 new monthly donors by the end of March. Could you help by agreeing to give $5, $10, $25, or $50 monthly?
Nov 2021 Voter Guide
The 2021 General Election is on November 2. We offer our Voting Guide for your consideration. Feel free to bring this guide with you into your polling place. The polls open at 7AM and close at 8PM.
October 9 Day of Action
October 9 is an MT Dems day of action with former Pennsylvania Auditor-General Eugene DePasquale and special guest Jess KIng, our former Congressional candidate. We need you to help us knock doors on October 9 to make sure that voters in Manheim Township know about our excellent candidates for Commissioner, School Board, and Tax Collector.
September 25 Party at Celsos
MT Dems, you’re invited to a house party at Celso’s at 250 Pulte Rd Lancaster, PA 17601 on 9/25 from 4-7 PM. Our candidates will be there to meet you, but there will also be live music, dancing, food, and drinks.
Dr. John Smith On the November Ballot for MT School Board
The Manheim Township Democratic Committee is happy to announce that it is adding Dr. John Smith to the November 2nd ballot for a two-year position on the Manheim Township School Board. Dr. Smith holds a Doctorate in Education from Widener University, he brings with him many years experience as an educator and principal, and more than three years’ experience on the Manheim Township School Board already.
